Trust instrument requires income to be paid to Baylor University, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor & Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, charitable organizations described in 170(c) (2) operated under the auspices of the Baptist General Convention of Texas, an organization of Baptist churches.
