Koppa labs mission is to improve the socio-economic well-being and development of lgbti+ people and their communities worldwide.
Programs

Current: economic power fund - we fostered diverse funding sources for economic growth. We secured and began distribution for the $20 million potluck fund, a substantial new funding stream dedicated to global lgbti+ economic empowerment. Mobilized philanthropic capital, joined the global philanthropy projects funding our futures campaign, and promoted inclusive corporate investment by advocating for diverse representation in boardrooms and business.
Current: data and knowledge - we convened and connected stakeholders to improve the volume, quality and utilization of data to make a difference in lgbti+ communities lives. Successfully launched the global consortium for inclusive data (cid) in partnership with the un, bringing together over 40 experts to accelerate knowledge-sharing and data-collection efforts essential to driving inclusive economic development. Executed a major data program in belize to produce the nations first diagnostic on lgbti+ economic exclusion, establishing the foundation for a comprehensive inclusion agenda.
