The korean american bar association is a washington nonprofit corporation organized to provide services to the korean american community and to the community at large; to develop and encourage cooperation with other organizations of minority attorneys and other korean american professional, educational, and charitable organizations; to promote the professional growth of the members of the corporation; and to engage in any other educational and charitable purpose, and such activities as are incident and related thereto.
