Korean-American Youth Orchestra Inc

The non-business and non-pecuniary purpose of the corporation is to establish and operate a youth orchestra to provide opportunites for the general public, particulary the elderly, the handicapped and the homeless to enjoy free soul soothing music; and help to develop young adults' value and charchacter to take a leading role to participate and help others in need through the orchestra activity; and to do any other acts incidental to or connected with foregoing purpose or in thereof.
