The organization provides primary healthcare, adult day health care and health education.

Programs

Adult day health care: kheir also operates 2 adhc centers, responding to the needs of the aging polpulation and their critical continuum of care in the outpatient setting. This resource provides respite for the families and also allows them to continue working without worrying about their incapacitated loved ones. Services offered onsite include physical and occupational therapy, case management, personal assistance, dementia and alzheimer's care, counseling, hot meals and transportation to/from the participants' residences. Selected services are provided by physicians, registered nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapists, registered dietitians and social workers.

Human services: the patient resources department provides enrollment assistance and case management for a wide range of low-cost health coverage and other public benefits programs, including housing, financial literacy and employment. Kheir improves individual and family outcomes through outreach to educate new immigrants and low income individuals about the extensive scope of empowering human services programs available to them.
