The foundation's mission is to help people exceed their potential. Whether that is in the boardroom, the classroom, or their living room. That means providing help, support, and inspiration for people who need it most, providing direct relief to those affected by a natural disaster, funding scholarships and programs, and offering grants to charitable organizations working to enhance our communities.

Scholarship program - the foundation also provides scholarships based on non-discriminatory, objective criteria, such as financial need and high academic achievement, for children or legal wards of korn ferry's employees. The foundation may provide scholarships to the general public as well.
Leadership accelerator conference - the leadership accelerator conference is designed to support college and university students heading into their first internship or job. The program leverages korn ferry's leadership development intellectual property to aid students in career preparation by exploring their purpose, goals, and skills required to navigate their careers. The conference aims to foster a space for students to learn about networking, relationships, and personal brand in preparation for the workforce ahead. Eligibility is not restricted on the basis of race or any other protected category.
