Mission

Our mission is to bring reduce the population and improve the health of Montenegro's cats by removing all barriers to humane population control through high-volume spay-neuter and targeted trap-neuter-return. We achieve this by providing free or "pay what you can" spay-neuter surgeries, humane education, and connecting the community with the traps, carriers, transportation and volunteer assistance needed to get those cats fixed.
