The primary exempt purpose of krewe du sauvage is to celebrate, promote and conduct activities relating directly and indirectly to mardi gras season, including but not limited to parade, balls, festivities, ceremonies and events in the city of lake charles, louisiana. In addition, the organization maintains membership in krewe of krewes, inc. And participates in activities sponsored by mardi gras of southwest louisiana.
