Dmhas & rushford-based programs - program participants with psychiatric disabilities receive support and assistance to obtain and maintain competitive community based employment, and earning a minimum wage or better. Job matching, placement, ongoing retention and peer support are provided to participants; ongoing support is also available to the employer.

Day service option programs (meriden) include two non-paid type programs. In the community experience program, individuals with significant intellectual disabilities participate in non-paid, community-based activities in order to experience meaningful community integration and enhance appropriate social skills. In the older adults program, older, individuals with intellectual disabilities participate in activities to promote physical and cognition stimulation while maintaining a social network of their peers.

Individual placement program - program participants with intellectual/developmental disabilities receive support and assistance to obtain and maintain competitive community based employment, and earning a minimum wage or better. Career planning, job matching, placement, ongoing retention support are provided to participants; ongoing support is also available to the employer.
