Lhl building corp holds title to a building that was donated to the madison county association for mentally handicapped citizens. It also holds title to a building that was constructed. It maintains these buildings and the surrounding grounds and collects rent from the william m. Bedell achievement and resource center, a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization that provides training for mentally disabled adults and children.
