La Causa Foundation Inc

La causa foundation, inc. (the "foundation") was formed as a supporting organization of la causa, inc. ("la causa"), an organization recognized as exempt from federal income tax under code section 501(c)(3). La causa provides children, youth and families with quality comprehensive services to nurture healthy family life and enhance community stability.the foundation will support la causa's exempt purposes and operations in furtherance of charitable, educational and scientific purposes. The foundation will own the real property used and operated by la causa to provide the comprehensive services described above, including the charter school, crisis nursery and respite center and education and care center. The foundation will further support the charitable purposes of la causa by identifying, soliciting and managing sources of funding to support la causa's charitable operations.
