Leader accreditation and continuing education is a program that promotes worldwide standards that enable lll leaders to provide mother-to-mother breastfeeding support locally. Accreditation is attained and maintained through reading, observing meetings, attending workshops, keeping up-to-date on the latest research, learning effective communication skills, and practicing addressing questions and handling challenging situations.

Conferences is a program through which the organization conducts a biannual conference for its members.
