The specific purpose of this corporation is to engage solely in the charitable activities within the scope of 501(c)(3) of the irc that furthers the charitable mission of la mesa woman's club (the "supported organization"), a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the state of ca on may 22, 1912. This corporation is organized and will be operated exclusively to carry out the charitable functions, purposes, and/or programs of the supported organization. The corporation is a type i supporting organizations of the supported organization, as such term is described in code sect 509(a)(3)(b)(i).
