La Salle Yacht Club Inc

The primary exempt purpose of the lasalle yacht club is to foster safe,competent and enjoyable boating on the upper niagara river1) life saving-to aid/assist official marine agencies and offer assistance and protection of the lives of all those boating on the upper niagara river. Club dock facilities are available for use by government agencies to secure disabled boats above the falls.club members and boats also provide emergency assistance to boaters in distress.2) waterways- to constantly advocate to city, state and federal government to provide properly operated waterways and maintain/improve all navigable waterways in the upper niagara river.3) education-to educate the general public to appreciate the sport and pleasure derived from boating in the vicinity and to encourage the study and practice of safe seamanship, piloting and navigation.
