La ville uni, is an all volunteer, non-profit organization whose purpose and passion is to establish an annual community festival that celebrates the city of westlake's heritage, cuisine, art, and quality of life, and to develop a beautification program that would inspire civic pride as well as benefit the city environmentally and economically.
