Emergency relief fund (erf): this program offers vulnerable, low-income households experiencing an unforeseen crisis with a one-time cash assistance to meet their basic needs. Situations such as emergency rent/utility assistance, medical services, food or other critical needs are addressed through this program. During fy 2023-2024, 261 families averted crisis by utilizing this fund.
