Labrador Friends of the South (LFS) an incorporated, non-profit organization, is dedicated to the rescue and placement of homeless Labrador Retrievers. We also promote the educational aspects of rescue within our communities as it relates to the ethical treatment of dogs and the importance of spaying/neutering to reduce the numbers of unwanted animals. Based in Metro Atlanta, we are active in the entire Southeastern region including Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and the Carolinas.
