Lacks Enterprises Foundation

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific and religious purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"), or comparable subsequent legislation. In furtherance of these purposes, the purposes of the corporation are as follows:a. To support and advance cancer research and related care and treatment programs conducted by tax exempt organizations qualifying under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code; andb. To support the catholic church and its affiliated charitable, educational, and religious organizations and institutions; andc. To support and encourage public, private and religious educational institutions organized as tax exempt organizations and qualifying under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code; andd. To provide assistance to employees of lacks enterprises, inc. And their dependents in order to relieve hardship due to unusual or extreme health.
