Lake Arthur Yacht Club

To encourage athletic and other exercises of its members, and to foster and encourage social exchange among its members, and to these ends establish and maintain a yacht club for the advancement of the science of sailing and yachting, as also a clubhouse, docks, harbors, and allied facilities and appurtenances, for the promotion of social exchange among those becoming members of said corporation.
