Lake Township Historical Society

Organize and present two or three "fireside chats" each calendar year. These are free of charge to the public. The chats are informational in nature and based on the history of lake township. Various speakers are involved. Artifacts relevant to the presentation are usually displayed. At times a home tour is sponsored in place of a chat. In the past these tours have involved historical homes, buildings, barns, and churches.

A newsletter is published several times a year to promote the organization's programs, projects, and purpose to the lake township population.
