Lakepoint Master Owners Association

The master owners' association is formed to provide for the maintenance, improvement, operation, and beautification of the common areas and common facilities of the lakepoint project, including common utility lines and facilities located within any such common areas, and to undertake such other activities as are related to maintaining the project as a desirable development for members of the master owners' association.
