Lama Foundation

Residency is a primary focus of Lama Foundation and is year round. There were ten year-round adult residents and one minor child in 2024 and they maintain Lama hold various offerings like meditation yoga heart club practice and tuning and spiritual practices throughout the week.

Summer interns stewards spend the summer at Lama and help serve retreatants and program participants. There were approximately 50 Summer Interns in 2024 and inc exps are included in Summer Program.

Flag Mt. creates prayer flags in all the major spiritual religious traditions along with some T-shirts and other fabric items. It also has a small gift shop where visitors to Lama can purchase prayer flags and other spiritual items.
