1. About 41,000 trees have been planted since 2014 along the chesapeake bay watershed area by more than 5,200 volunteers 2. A native meadow was prepared and planted as well as garden of over 550 native plants. 3. Identified new loctions needing tree planting 4. Removed invasive species of plants. 5. Monotored growth of prior plantings replanting when needed. 6. We were given the frederick county sustainability award, fort detrick commanders environmental award and the chesapeak forest champion award.
