Scholarships - to solicit funding in support of scholarship opportunities that provide financial assistance to students seeking a post-secondary credential in technical training programs with tuition, books and/or fees.

Institutional advancement - to solicit funding in support of the college's strategic plans for future growth by upgrading or expanding present physical facilities to be the premier workforce development and training institution in northeast georgia.

Adult literacy - to solicit funding in support of an adult education program that provides instruction for students to attain a ged credential, pursue a post-secondary education, successfully enter the workforce and/or improve their english language skills.
