The mission is to help individuals become self-reliant and integrated into the community. Activities include: prevocational training, supported employment, and habilitative services for disabled adults.

Home and community habilitation services are direct services provided to persons with intellectual disabilities to acquire, retain, or improve upon skills needed to live and work in the community and prevent institutionalization. Each person chooses a support service worker who will assist them on achieving outcomes as specified in the individualized service plan. These activities are habilitative or therapeutic in nature.

Supported employment is comprised of three components: employer outreach, resume preparation, and job searching. Job support consists of training individuals in job assignments, periodic follow-up, and ongoing support with the individual with the disability and the employer.
