To promote the larned area businesses to the local surrounding area by increasing local awareness of businesses and encouraging in local shopping and to assist in industrial development and leadership programs.

The ambassador's group of the chamber rent out larned city flags to be flown on various occassions and holidays. The proceeds form these rentals are used to fudn the annual 4th of july fireworks celebration for the community. Area served is all of pawnee county population about 6,000.
