Larry Brown Family Ministries Inc

The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes with the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Within the scope of the foregoing purposes, but not by way of limitation thereof, the corporation is organized and shall be operated to develop resiliency and health in marriage and family through prevention, education, arts and training. The assets and properties of the corporation are hereby pledged for use in performing its exempt functions.
