The organization was designed to provide financial assistance to persons pursuing careers in accounting and dentistry, to provide funding for research on the treatment and cure of parkinson's disease, and to engage in any lawful activities, that may be incidental or necessary to any of the foregoing purposes,and to have, and exercise all other powers and authority now or hereafter conferred upon corporations organized pursuant to chapter 180 of the massachusetts general laws.
