Las Vegas Childrens Hospital Foundation

The las vegas children's hospital foundation's ("lvch") primary purpose is to bring a children's hospital to las vegas. The organization is being created to raise funds to obtain real property and to build a hospital. The building will be leased to a qualified 501(c)(3) children's hospital described in internal revenue code 509(a)(3) and 170(b)(1)(a)(iii) which has yet to be identified. None of the contributions or earnings will be used to inure any private shareholder or individual.
