Adult services - provides specialized residential and day services to meet the medical, behavioral, emotional, educational, and vocational needs of individuals, including those with prader-willi syndrome.

Shared living - offers foster care for adults in nurturing environments by individuals or families who open up their homes.

Independent living - provides support to latham school students who are turning 22 years of age and are transitioning from latham's residential care facilities to independent living in the community.

Remote supports - helping to support a safe and accessible environment are key elements to supporting and promoting self-determination, independence, a sense of well-being, and ultimately a self-directed life to its clients.

Respite services - supports for individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Services include stabilizing individuals by providing support and treatment and a safe environment.
