Idea-participation of the csi/civil society pillar in the 38th gc meeting in warsaw, as well as the development of the civil society pillar website and the establishment of a meeting with the regional and global focal points of the civil society pillar. The csp secretariat has managed to maintain constant communication with members through a monthly newsletter, sharing relevant and up-to-date information on the work of the secretariat and the chair. The president of the csp and the secretariat of redlad, civil society has gained permanent visibility in important international discussion forums, which has led to broad recognition and appreciation of its role in promoting and protecting democracy.
Civicus-redlad acts as the main researcher of the civicus monitor for 11 countries in latin america. We collect information about civic space (freedom of association, assembly, expression) and report for the creation of a world wide life report.
