Latinas Leading Tomorrow

The ELITE personal development program equips students with essential skills in branding leadership assessment interview techniques and LinkedIn optimization empowering them to become resilient adaptable and influential leaders. This year the program successfully transitioned from virtual sessions to in-person workshops at George Mason University expanding college access opportunities for high school students across the DMV area.

The STEM program immerses middle school students in hands-on activities that build problem-solving critical thinking and self-efficacy while connecting them with inspiring STEM role models. Hosted at Marymount University it provides college access and features activities like turtle trapping 3D printing AI DNA extraction engineering a robotic dog and a final presentation.
