The Latino Civic Alliance LCA is committed to advancing equity justice and opportunity for Latino and underserved communities through advocacy education public policy engagement and grassroots community involvement. LCA empowers individuals and families to thrive by removing barriers amplifying community voices and building pathways to long-term success. LCA cultivates the next generation of leaders through comprehensive youth and adult leadership programs. A Culturally Relevant Workforce Development Program that is designed to equip participants with essential skills and connect them to career opportunities while addressing their cultural backgrounds values and unique needs. By integrating wraparound services the program ensures participants receive holistic support enabling them to succeed in the workforce and beyond.
A Culturally Relevant Health and Education Outreach Program designed to address the unique health and educational needs of the Latino community by providing tailored resources culturally competent services and outreach activities. The program prioritizes accessibility trust-building and the incorporation of cultural values and traditions to ensure meaningful engagement and long-term impact.
A culturally relevant SEL Social-Emotional Learning STEM-based youth program with parent coaching is a holistic approach to youth development that integrates STEM-Based education with social-emotional learning while addressing the cultural values and identities of participants. The program also includes parent coaching to strengthen family engagement and support the youths growth both academically and personally.
A Culturally Relevant Civic Engagement and Mentorship Program sdesigned to empower individuals particularly youth and underrepresented groups to actively participate in their communities influence decision-making processes and develop leadership skills.
A Culturally Relevant Small Business Technical Assistance Program designed to support Latino entrepreneurs and small business owners. The program provides tailored guidance resources and support to help participants establish sustain and grow their businesses while respecting and incorporating their cultural values traditions and unique needs and addresses financial trauma
