Mission
By 2050, Latinos will comprise nearly 30 of the US population. Today and in the future, the demographic destiny of the U.S. will be characterized by the growing Latino population. In fact, Latinos have an impact in all aspects of life. We advance Latinos to positions of influence and power through cross-sector leadership development, entrepreneurship support and the activation of our national Latino professional network. By unlocking the full potential of Latino leaders through access to technical and social capital, we will reach our goal of successfully building power, driving change, and generating wealth.
