Mission

Uplift latinxs in sonoma county by advancing the development of young leaders, nurturing well-being in the community, and advocating for equity.

Programs

2 programs

Extensive professional development through community engagementinterns participated in numerous paid training opportunities and community events throughout sonoma county, significantly enhancing their professional capabilities. This participation cultivated remarkable growth in three critical areas: increased confidence in professional settings, refined public speaking abilities that prepared them for future leadership roles, and strengthened community bonds that expanded their professional networks. These experiences provided real-world application of skills while creating valuable connections between our organization and the broader sonoma county community.

Career trajectory transformationour program successfully inspired interns to reimagine their academic and career trajectories to better align with their authentic aspirations. Through exposure to diverse guest speakers, representation from various professional fields, and introduction to previously unknown resources, interns discovered and embraced their own voices. This transformative experience resulted in concrete actions toward more fulfilling educational and career paths, demonstrating our organization's effectiveness in not only providing technical training but fundamentally expanding interns' vision of their own potential and opportunities.
