Latour Property Owners Association Inc

The association will manage the maintenance of the common areas of the development which includes the presentation of the land area and visual attractivess of the storm and detention pond located on the property. The association will also maintain liability and casualty insurance and make payments of ad valorem taxes assessed on the common areas.
