Launch exists to help in-field workers thrive in the area of service by providing administrative support, encouraging spiritual and personal maturity, developing vision and strategic planning and finally providing accountability.

Launch me is our short-term mission team segment. We conduct 1 to 3 trips per year to support launch missionaries in the field (via our lift segment). The president takes a number of people on these trips and performs ministry work (evangelism, etc) where the missionary is serving
Launch-pro is a specialty arm for smaller, short term projects that can't be defined by the lift or me segment of the organization.
