Advocacy & mentorship - case managers who have true-life experience of being in the sex industry are able to provide mentoring, case management, encouragement, and a listening ear as women share their life experiences and current struggles over a cup of coffee, dinner, or by visiting the organization's office.

Support & empowerment- the organization offers in-person and web-base empowerment groups for women who are, or have been, in the sex industry. This is a safe place where women can experience peer support, community, and an opportunity for healing and restoration.

Referrals - the organizations commitment to providing individualized care means we work with and refer to a vast network of other service providers to ensure that the women we serve have the tools they need to thrive. The organizations works closely with service providers to insure that any referrals made are met in a timely and efficient manner.
