Conduct or support of nonpartisan analysis or studies and the distribution or publications thereof educating the community served, business leaders, policy makers, thought leaders, and other individuals and institutions on the fires center of excellence and fort sill and its missions, b. The conduct or support of public discussions on matters involving subjects beneficial to the communities served, c. To engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the general corporation law of oklahoma.
