Programs

2 programs

Climate change - this program provides legal guidance and resources to support climate resilience and environmental justice initiatives. In 2024, we launched the clean energy tax navigator, a tool providing free assistance to organizations determining eligibility for federal clean energy tax credits. Since july, the navigator recorded 19,172 visits from 14,329 unique users, with 318 clean energy projects submitted. We provided legal guidance to over 700 municipalities and local governments, directly assisted 24 state governments implementing climate and equity policies representing 54% of the u.s. Population and 57% of the economy, and supported six nonprofits in applying for more than $120 million in epa community change grants.

Reproductive rights and health equity - this program provides legal information and resources to healthcare providers and advocates on reproductive health law. In 2024, we provided 20,424 legal updates to our policy resource hub for reproductive health, equipping healthcare providers, lawyers, and advocates with current information on the evolving landscape of reproductive health law. We distributed 23 bi-weekly reproductive health digests to 1,123 subscribers - more than double the prior year's reach. Our team conducted 19 trainings and educational sessions to support advocates navigating legal developments in reproductive healthcare.
