Lead ohio fills a unique gap in ohio's progressive infrastructure through a series of training programs designed for community leaders with a special focus on equity for groups who are underrepresented in government. This includes, but is not limited to, women, people of color, millennials / gen zs and members of the lgbtq+ community. Who can train with lead ohio? We welcome progressives from all backgrounds we've found that those who benefit most from our trainings include community leaders and activists,nonprofit leaders, campaign operatives and volunteers and potential candidates for public office. At lead ohio we pride ourselves on offering the most comprehensive progressive leadership and campaign training program in the state, the leadership academy, alongside weekend workshops all taught by some of the most seasoned experts in their respective fields in ohio.
