Lit intensive retreats for executive leaders, founders and influential leaders - leaders in tech intensive retreats are 4-day intensive retreats that offer a taste of the leaders in tech fellows program. This program is open to founders, executives, and venture capitalists. Similar to the fellows program, we carefully curate participants into small groups. Participants engage in candid dialogue in a confidential setting, forge new relationships, and learn to become more interpersonally influential and skilled. We offer this program at a variety of price points. Select retreats include a continuation program where participants meet over 2 months to engage in candid dialogue in a confidential setting and further the skills learned during the retreat. The program is typically paid for as professional development expense by the participants organizations.

Expenses: $464K

Lit alumni programs - many participants in our fellows program and intensive retreats wish to continue and deepen their learning through further programming with leaders in tech. In 2024, we offered our first 9-month alumni program that began with a 3-day retreat followed by monthly sessions focused on candid dialogue in a confidential setting. Participants included alumni from a variety of programs held since lit's inception.
