Leadership Charlotte

Encounter charlotte is a two-day orientation to charlotte and to community leadership. This program is open to newcomers to charlotte and to those who simply want to get involved. Participants learn first-hand from a range of community leaders about what makes charlotte work. Participants will come away with new relationships, a greater knowledge of the local community, and specific ways they can make a difference in the community.

Each year, leadership charlotte offers a variety of social events and leadership events, as well as an awards ceremony, for alumni in order to maintain communications with one another and the community.
