Leadership delaware, inc. (ldi) recruits outstanding delawareans and prepares them with the knowledge, vision, integrity and networks to signigicantly impact and transform their communities, and to excel at community, non-profit, political, professional and coirporate leadership within the first state.

The leadership development series is a six-part educational opportunity for professionals focused on teaching leadership skills outside the core leadership program. In 2024, 50+ professionals participated in the program. The topics presented were: leadership and people, workforce communication, leadership and team, leading in a hybrid workplace, public policy 101, and public speaking.
