Leadership for educational achievement foundation is a not-for-profit organization formed to enhance professional growth and development of public school leaders in new york state through ongoing professional training and development backed by sound and proven research. The ultimate goal of the this work will be to ensure the highest quality of school leadership at all levels so that all children are afforded opportunities to learn to higher standards while having their individual talents nurtured and personal growth expanded. The corporation will seek to achieve its goals through a variety of scholarly endeavors, research, seminars and programs.

Fall summit: the audacity to lead for allleaf, inc. Sponsored new york state council of school superintendents annual fall summit focusing conversations on transforming school culture through online and blended learning and tapping into students' creative potential. The fall leadership summit offers keynote addresses by national experts in the fields of leadership, education and related areas; opportunities for members to share best practices with colleagues through smaller educational sessions; an interactive discussion with the commissioner of education about new york state issues and initiatives; and networking for support and collegiality among members through social interaction, group discussions, meeting and workshops. 442 superintendents and 132 assistant superintendents were served in 2023-24.

Winter institute: cultivating a culture of excellence for all studentsleaf, inc. Sponsored new york state council of school superintendents annual winter institute focusing conversations on collectively advocating for children. The winter institute offers keynote addresses by national experts in the fields of leadership, education and related areas; opportunities for members to share best practices with colleagues through smaller educational sessions; an interactive discussion with the commissioner of education about new york state issues and initiatives; and networking for support and collegiality among members through social interaction, group discussions, meeting and workshops. 333 superintendents and 81 assistant superintendents were served in 2023-24.
