Leadership Hollywood Foundation

This corporation shall be organized and operated exclusively for charitable,religious, educational, and scientific purposes including developing a diverse network of leadersin services to the greater hollywood community by preparing leaders to serve in government andnon-profit organization advisory groups, committees, boards, and elected officials, within themeaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, or correspondingprovisions of any subsequent federal tax laws (the "code"). The corporation shall have no powerto act in a manner that is not exclusively within the contemplation of section 501(c)(3) of thecode, and the corporation shall not engage directly or indirectly in any activity which would forbidit from qualifying, and continuing to qualify, as a corporation described in section 501(c)(3) ofthe code. The corporation is a not-for-profit corporation, organized pursuant to chapter 617,florida statutes.
