To ensure a source of qualified and committed leaders on Kauai by engaging a cross sections of adult and youth individuals and developing their leadership skills to serve our community.

Development of an online learning platform for leadership development classes. The organization received a government grant to hire 5 contractors who were furloughed or lost their businesses due to the Covid-19 shutdown. The website has since hosted many meetings, webinars, and conferences, helping nonprofit and business leaders gain leadership knowledge, skills, and networking.
The organization received a grant to facilitate community-wide conversation on climate change, with an end goal of having the community's voice and involvement in a climate action plan for Kauai.
