Youth programming:1. Youth leadership lincoln program - a one year leadership development for high school sophmores with leadership potential.2. Youth in action center - places youth in decision making roles in community.3. Youth inspire - youth run charitable foundation.

Community outreach:1. To foster awareness of major issues facing the community by convening, facilitating and hosting meetings, conferences, community conversations and involvement forums and to provide basic training to citizens to better prepare them for board governance and leadership positions within the community.2. Alumni program - organized activities to provide information and social opportunities.3. Training for non-for-profits.4. Educational seminars.
