We inspire and equip leaders to be better and do better.

Leadership skills development - organizations and individuals from all sectors participate in training and talent development experiences to build critical competencies throughout their leadership journeys. Participants gain transformational learning opportunities to develop the confidence and skills to engage and inspire others, manage change, think strategically, and more. Offerings range from one and two-day training courses, an annual day of learning called the best of leadership summit, and training delivered to small groups within an organization.

Networking events & membership- along with offering membership in the organization, each year a calendar of special events are offered to keep program graduates and the overall community engaged, connected, and motivated for positive change. This includes an annual leadership louisville lucheon, quarterly 100 wise women networking events, events designed specifically for dues paying members, and various other special events.

National expansion - the goal is to amplify the ability of the community leadership programs to bridge divides all over the country by equipping current and future leaders with the confidence, courage, and connections to impact change.
