The corporation was formed in 1994 to identify individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences who demonstrate leadership talent and community commitment. The corporation provides members with a general overview of the mahoning valley and the opportunity for increased understanding of key community issues. New members complete a ten-month program which provides the opportunity for participants to share relevant learning experiences and to develop effective working relationships.
